In addition to Platinum Support coverage, this program provides for an on-site cold spare LoadMaster unit which may be placed into production immediately upon receiving a license from KEMP tech support staff.
This enables the LoadMaster clients to maintain high-availability, redundant-unit operation while a failed unit is being serviced. This program is available to LoadMaster customers who purchase the LoadMaster HA configuration and must be ordered at the time of initial purchase.
